At The RMS Group, we’ve completed construction and renovation projects at some of the busiest airports in Southern California and Nevada, including Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), LA/Ontario International (ONT), Santa Barbara Airport and Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS in progress).

We’ve built asphalt and concrete ramps, airside and landside terminals, and entrance roadways.
We understand the logistics of constructing aviation structures large enough to store 747 aircraft. We’ve collaborated with engineers to ensure these buildings are both structurally
and seismically safe.

Our history with the Transportation Security Association and Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA) organization enables us to work efficiently on and off the Airport Operations Area (AOA), and ensures projects aren’t delayed by red tape.

Many of our employees already have their TSA badges. Whenever possible, we immediately build construction fences and k-rail around our project sites, so our employees are allowed unescorted access to the AOA, and we can prevent disruptions to the airport’s day-to-day operations – keeping people, cargo and traffic flowing.
