• The RMS Group provided ground up construction and interior improvements for this new Fixed Base Operation at LAX

• Construction consisted of a new 350,000 square foot runway extension, a 10,100 square-foot terminal, new vehicle 141-car parking lot and landscaping

• The new terminal offers a plush reception area for passengers, a pilot’s lounge, meeting rooms, stone tile flooring, marble sinks in restrooms, and a two-story glass wall

• International travelers are screened in the terminal’s new U.S. Customs area, which comprises about one quarter of the building

• All design and construction processes involved meeting the regulations of federal, local and city authorities and specifications

• The RMS Group served as both general contractor and construction manager for the $12 million project
