• This project was a complete renovation of an existing 2,000 square foot FBO terminal and expansion of the airport runway and vehicle parking lot

• The terminal expansion added approximately 2,000 square feet to the building, bringing it to a total of 4,000 square feet

• The Mission-Style construction is in keeping with the city of Santa Barbara’s mandate that the structure be consistent with the architecture of city building and the main airport terminal

• The RMS Group was careful to create a barrier during construction to allow the operational side of the airport uninterrupted service

• A temporary FBO was built while the existing terminal was being renovated allowing Atlantic Aviation to conduct business as usual during the renovation period

• A temporary ramp was also constructed to allow easy access to parking as well as to the airplanes while the new ramp was under construction

• The vehicle parking lot was expanded to accommodate an additional 100 cars
