• The RMS Group completed this fast-track project in 8 weeks

• Construction included existing hanger retrofit to accommodate tenant needs for aircraft customization and bring the building up to federal, state and city code specifications

• Expedited the remediation of asbestos from the building, re-sheeted the exterior corrugated metal sheeting, roof sheeting and aircraft hanger doors

• Installed an HVAC system with air filtration as well as a new fixed frequency, 400 Hz / 28 VDC power system

• Set up a new drainage system that tied into clarifiers and separators to capture oil, fuel or hydraulic fluid spills
