• Rebuilt this 2,500 square-foot wood structure

• Installed 49 seats for executive viewing purposes

• Worked closely with the electrical contractor to manage exposed conduit on a transparent wall

• Created a standalone, floating elevated platform for the camera in the projection booth in order to prevent vibration transfer to the viewing area

• Performed serious structural retrofitting to bring the building up to seismic codes

• Installed a riser for the seats, sound isolation walls and ceilings, HVAC systems, and state-of-the-art power services

• Work was performed on a working campus without interruption to other studio operations
