FOX STUDIOS
Little Theater
• Complete retrofit of a 5,000 square-foot historically significant theater with a 150-seat screening room
• Relied on photographs instead of architectural drawings to recreate this non-reinforced masonry building with wood boatswain trusses, which was originally erected in the 1930s
• Upon the early demolition of the interior, it became apparent that the structure was unsound and needed extra attention
• Kept one wall in place in order to maintain its historical status
• Preserved the overall look of the building by saving its vintage windows and doors
• Upgraded the isolation systems for the projection room as well the HVAC systems and power services
