• Constructed 22,000 square-feet of executive offices for Liberty Livewire, a division of Liberty Media, in 6 months

• Kept this busy entertainment company with a variety of post-production television, music, and film projects operational by completing this tenant renovation in two phases, leaving half of the building undisturbed at all times 

• Maintained the HVAC, power, phones, plumbing operational each workday throughout the construction of this project

•Created a secured floor with a card reader system that tied into the alarm system if the fire alarm were activated

• Installed high-end, book-matched millwork paneling, front desks and doors

• Re-designed the HVAC duct work to flatten it out as much as possible to maximize the ceiling height and the glass of the building, which had a perimeter constructed with tapered beams
