At RMS, we understand exactly what’s required by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified Rating System™ for new construction and major renovations to existing buildings – from demolition and disposal processes to material selection and documentation. We have implemented these processes on a number of our job sites since this third-party verification program made its initial recommendations to build eco-responsibly.

We have the expertise required to comply with the requirements for Gold, Silver and Platinum LEED ratings, which in turn helps developers and building managers reduce their energy and water costs, while qualifying for important tax rebates, zoning allowances and other advantageous incentives that are available in many areas.
