• Complete interior demolition and construction of a 50,000 square foot cutting edge medical office and outpatient surgery center

• Customized medical offices consisted of 35 medical suites, two x-ray rooms, an MRI suite, and a state-of-the-art physical therapy facility

• The RMS Group worked with the projects design consultants and General Electric to coordinate the design of the x-ray and MRI suites

• Provided value-engineering for double-thick drywall installation to accommodate a glass wall system with open hallways for natural lighting

• Designed and installed sound masking system throughout offices and surgery center to protect patients’ confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

• Coordinated with property owner, The Irvine Company, to blend exterior renovations with existing building façade for a uniform appearance

• Construction was completed within the owner’s 4-month timeframe
