• Constructed a 30,000 square-foot, 2-story specialized production facility on a working campus in 18 months

• Played an instrumental role in changing the design, using structural steel framing, concrete filled metal decks and exterior plaster over concrete masonry walls in lieu of wood to save a significant amount of time and money

• Fit the building into a small lot between another existing structure and Washington Boulevard

• Carefully coordinated construction and material delivery schedules to avoid interference with studio operations
