• The project consisted of the conversion of a Sound Dubbing Studio and existing out dated office space to a new 3,980 square foot state of the art Color Timing Theater and Post Production Suite, and two very efficient 4,400 square foot Production Office Suites

• The build-out included solutions for access to the building with the construction of an ADA Ramp, and exterior below grade stairwell, and re-engineering of an adjacent private road to improve drainage and functionality

• Doors and windows providing access and natural light to the offices through-out the project were provided by creating 34 structural openings in the existing concrete shell, and fabricating custom windows and doors designed to create architectural features

• The construction activities were conducted adjacent to an operating movie screening theater, and within proximity of operating production studios
